Team Entry Withdrawal Policy

Keeping sports simple.

General Information: Unfortunately, the single biggest challenge for most everyone in the amateur sports event management industry is late entry withdrawals by teams/sports organizations. Such challenges shift energies and resources away from current events and from the preparations of future events.

1.Entry Withdrawal: A team withdrawing their entry before the entry deadline will receive a full refund.

2.Late Withdrawal: A team withdrawing their entry after the entry deadline will FORFEIT ALL ENTRY FEES.

3.A Step Up Sports has NO DUTY to find a replacement team. A Step Up Sports ASSUMES NO DUTY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND A REPLACEMENT ENTRY FOR ANY LATE WITHDRAWAL

The Team Entry Withdrawal Policy may be modified or waived by A Step Up Sports. Any decision by A Step Up Sports as to the application of the Team Withdrawal Policy shall be binding upon all teams and participants.
